Return and Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, you can return or exchange your item.

Here’s what you need to know:

  • You can send items back within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • We don’t charge any restocking fees.
  • Refunds are issued within 7 days once your return is approved.
  • Return shipping costs are covered by the customer.

Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following requirements:

  • It should be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • All original tags, labels, and packaging must still be attached and included.
  • We’re unable to accept returns for items that show signs of wear, have been mishandled, or damaged through misuse.
  • Returns requested after 30 days from delivery cannot be accepted.

How to Return an Item
To start a return, send an email to contact@kideum.com with your order number, the reason for the return, and photos if needed. Please note that returns not approved in advance may not be accepted.

Once your return is approved, we’ll provide step-by-step instructions along with the return address. If you still have the original packaging, we recommend using it to help protect the item during shipping.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, and we suggest using a tracked service for peace of mind. After we receive and inspect the item, we’ll move forward with your refund.

Refund Process
Once we’ve checked and approved the returned item, your refund will be issued to the original form of payment. Please allow up to 7 days for the amount to appear in your account. We’ll send you an email confirmation as soon as the refund is processed.

Please keep in mind:

  • There are no restocking fees.
  • Shipping charges from the original order are non-refundable.

Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, please email us at contact@kideum.com as soon as possible. We'll do our best to cancel it before it ships. However, if your order has already been processed or shipped, we won’t be able to cancel it. In that case, you can return the item after it arrives by following our return instructions.

Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size, model, or variation, please email contact@kideum.com with your order details and request within 30 days of delivery. Once we approve the exchange, we’ll provide return instructions.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an incorrect, defective, or damaged item, we apologize for the inconvenience. Please take clear photos of the issue, including the packaging if possible, and email contact@kideum.com with your order number
